Hall County Elections needs 300 poll workers for the general election on Nov. 5.
They will host a hiring drive from Aug. 12-15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hall County Government Center.
“We need poll workers who are willing to serve during the upcoming general election on Nov. 5,” Hall County Elections Manager Paige Thompson said.
Poll workers must be at least 16-year-old and a resident of Hall County, although Hall County elections say residents of neighboring counties may qualify.
“Poll working is a critical part of the election process and ensures Hall County continues to provide secure, successful and stress-free elections to its citizens,” Thompson said.
Poll workers will receive paid training before the election.
Anyone eligible may apply, and Hall County Elections says they are especially seeking Spanish speakers to join. For more information, contact Paige Thompson at (770) 531-6945 or [email protected].
