The Georgia DOT will be shutting down BOTH the off and on ramp of southbound GA 365 in Cornelia at SR-441 for needed repaving work.
This shut down will start at 6:00 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, May 1 and remain in effect until 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2 .
The City of Cornelia's social media post says this is part of the recent paving project for the area. Map images for the area show that the northbound ramps will remain open and accessible during this time frame.
Alternate exits off GA 365 in the immediate area include Demorest-Mt. Airy Road, Level Grove Road, and Duncan Bridge Road.
