CARROLLTON, Ga. — The North Hall girls' tennis team defeated No. 1 seed Central Carroll, 3-0, on Tuesday to advance to the Class 4A quarterfinals.
North Hall stormed to the lead when No. 2 singles Maggie Perry knocked off her opponent in straight sets 6-3, 6-0. No. 2 doubles team of Ali Moore and Braely Jarrard won 7-5, 6-1 to continue the momentum.
But it was No. 1 singles Lilly Perry's win, 6-0, 6-2, that pushed the Lady Trojans over the top and to seal the victory. and No. 2 single Maggie Perry won 6-3, 6-0.
