Northeast Georgia trio of business leaders honored by local Boy Scouts

Three of Northeast Georgia's area business executives have been recognized for outstanding work in the community by the Boy Scouts of America's Northeast Georgia Council.

Spence Price, Adams Industrial Properties and Corporate Storage Chief Financial Officer and Partner, Ron Quinn, Peach State Bank's President & CEO, and Nath Morris, President of  USPOULTRY were honored on March 21 as the Ralph Cleveland Distinguished Citizens during the Boy Scouts' 25th annual American Values Dinner.

Price is currently a member of The Georgia Society of CPAs and the GSCPA Real Estate Section, Current Northeast Georgia Health System Board Chair.  He also serves as a member of the Northeast Georgia Health System Executive and Finance Committees as well as numerous other Health System committees and sub-committees.

Quinn currently serves as vice-chair of the board of directors for The Arts Council and as president of the Rotary Club of Gainesville. He also serves on the Community Bankers Association Board of Directors, Independent Community Bankers of America Federal Delegate Board, Riverside Sandy Beaver Award Committee, Knox Martin Foundation Advisory Board and Junior Achievement of North Georgia Board of Directors.

Morris has served on the Hall County Board of Education for 24 years and is a former president of the Georgia School Board Association. In 2019, he received Northeast Georgia Regional Educational Service Agencies’  Pioneer in Education Award. Morris also has served on the board of the Gateway House, chaired the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Agriculture, Poultry Advisory Committee at Lanier Technical College and various  U.S. Poultry & Egg Association committees.
