Piedmont University recently invited the public to attend a concert of classical chamber music performed by the university's resident ensemble, Piedmont Camerata.
A press release from Piedmont University said the concert will be held on Sunday, Apr. 7 at 4 p.m. at the Piedmont University Chapel.
The concert will be performed by Heather-Baird Strachan (violin), Rachael Fischer (violin), Scott Garrett (viola), Ismail Akbar (cello) and Jeri-Mae G. Astolfi (piano). and
The concert will include program notes narrated by concert host, Bob Glass, Dean of Libraries & University Librarian.
Music featured in the program includes piano quintets by Ernst von Dohnányi and Johannes Brahms.
Admission to the event is free.
