A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a two-vehicle wreck Saturday evening on Ga 365 at Ga 52 in Hall County.
The Georgia State Patrol said that the wreck happened at about 9:30 p.m.
An investigation revealed a motorcycle traveling north on Ga 365 was attempting to turn left onto Ga 52. The motorcyclist, Nicolas Gara, 52, of Wyoming, turned left in front of a Nissan Altima that was traveling south, leading to that crash.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured. The occupants of the Nissan, a woman from Toccoa and a child, sustained minor injuries.
They were all transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
The investigation is ongoing. GSP said charges Gara was charged for failure to yield.
