One woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash Thursday in Dawsonville.
Georgia State Patrol officials said a woman driving a 2023 Hyundai Genesis east on State Route 53 was negotiating a left curve.
The driver traveled off the south shoulder of SR 53, struck a tree on the right side and overturned.
GSP said she died from injuries sustained in the crash.
No other vehicles were involved in the wreck.
The woman's identity has not been released.
