GAINESVILLE, Ga. — For a second consecutive day, both North Hall tennis teams made quick work of a Region 8-4A opponent.
This time, it was Seckinger. The boys rolled to a 5-0 win while the girls took a 4-0 victory, with a rain-shortened match to be completed at a later date.
Neither team dropped a set.
The North Hall boys (5-2, 2-0 Region 8-4A) got singles wins from Jack Maddox, Griffin Keener, and Cole Grover, with Maddox and Grover each winning by 6-0, 6-0 scores.
They finished off the sweep with doubles wins by Luis Delgado and Brooks Dorsey and Easton McNair and James Floyd.
For the Lady Trojans (6-1, 2-0 Region 8-4A) Lilly Perry and Maggie Perry both took singles wins with Kate Rogers’ match at No. 3 singles halted by rain with Rogers leading 5-2.
Amelia Moore and Mary Eloise Tymchuk got a win at No. 1 doubles and Ali Moore and Braely Jarrard won at No. 2 doubles.
Both teams will travel to East Hall on Wednesday for their third match in three days.
