Three people injured after wreck in Cornelia

Habersham County Emergency Services responded Friday to a wreck that left three people injured on GA 385 in Cornelia. 

Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore said the wreck occurred at around 12:40 p.m. in front of the Big Lots shopping center. 

The wreck involved a box truck and a Toyota sport utility vehicle. 

Two children and one adult were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville. 

The wreck impacted traffic for nearly one hour. 

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the wreck.
