The North Habersham Middle School Junior Beta Club recently donated a basket of supplies, a card and gift cards to the crew's fire departments that respond to the school.

Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore said the students recognized the hard work and dangerous situations crews put themselves in.

The North Habersham Middle School Junior Beta Club donated on Friday, Feb. 2 to Habersham County Emergency Services Station nine in Hollywood.

Station nine is one station that responds to the school for emergencies but also works with the school on safety projects.

On Monday, the Junior Beta Club donated items to Clarkesville Fire Department Station 3 three, which also responds to the school.
