Under Ms. Jones’ leadership, King & Spalding’s eDiscovery team received a Tier 1 ranking for Legal 500 eDiscovery practice. Her team has represented 63 U.S. and 16 global Fortune 500 ranked companies. A recognized thought leader in the discovery industry, Ms. Jones has been at the forefront of guiding clients through the complexities of Generative AI, particularly in areas of capability, security, scalability and alignment.

Ms. Rich specializes in managing complex eDiscovery issues and representing clients in government investigations and product liability cases. She has handled matters involving agencies and departments such as the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice and the California Air Resources Board.
Ms. Brady, whose discovery practice focuses on defensible preservation strategies, has represented clients from the healthcare and financial services industries in cases against the EPA, DOJ, SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, FINRA.
Ms. Perlman joins Hilgers Graben with nearly two decades of experience in complex discovery issues, representing clients in connection with regulatory investigations, commercial, antitrust, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.
