A grand jury has indicted a 17-year-old North Hall student on a felony charge of terroristic threats.

The threats were allegedly made by Christian Nolan Jackson on Sept. 11, with the indictment coming on Thursday.

Jackson reportedly threatened to “shoot up” a North Hall High School classroom via a text message.

That came one week to the day after the deadly Sept. 4 shooting at Apalachee High School in Barrow County.

“...in reckless disregard for the risk of causing the terror of another or serious public inconvenience … contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof,” the bill of indictment reads.

An arraignment date is not yet known.
