The first nearly full schedule for northeast Georgia area basketball teams will take place on Tuesday, as 28 area teams will be in action.
While region play is still a couple weeks away from beginning, on the girls side, Banks County travels to Chestatee in showdown of two of the area's most productive teams over the last three seasons. Rabun County plays host to Towns County in a matchup of mountain titans and a loaded White County squad heads to Class 5A Habersham Central to highlight the action.
For the boys, Flowery Branch, which is off to a soiid start plays host to Jackson County while a retooling North Hall heads to Class 6A Forsyth Central.
