Two people were displaced from their home following an early morning fire in Hall County Friday.
Hall County Fire Rescue was called to the 4000 block of Fincher Dr. at 4:30 a.m. to find light smoke emitting from the garage. Crews entered the home to discover the flames were limited to one room.
The fire was extinguished and both residents exited the home prior to the department's arrival. A primary search revealed the area was clear. The American Red Cross was called to aid the residents.
The Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
