LILBURN, Ga. – Commerce amassed over 550 rushing yards in a 55-23 beatdown of Providence Christian Friday night.
Jaiden Daniels, Jacari Huff and Tysean Wiggins accounted for five of the Tiger touchdowns with Huff and Wiggins each recording a pair.
Commerce led 21-0 after the first quarter before taking a 35-10 lead into halftime. Jace Lyle scored a pair of touchdowns before Terrence Burtch got the final score of the night midway through the fourth quarter.
The Tigers clinched the second seed out of Region 8-A Division I after winning seven of its final eight games of the regular season. They will play host to at least one playoff game this season, starting in two weeks.
