TIGER, Ga. – Rabun County couldn't complete the comeback Friday night as they fell to Elbert County, 28-21.
Lake Evans had 89 rushing yards and a touchdown, while Ty Truelove rushed for 45 yards and a score. He was 6-for-15 for 66 yards passing.
The Blue Devils had 219 rushing yards and 153 passing yards on the day.
The Wildcats will be the fourth seed out of Region 8-A Division I.
