Colt and Colin Gray face grand jury indictments in Apalachee Shooting case

The teenage boy accused of a September shooting at a Barrow County high school and his father have both been indicted this week.

Colt and Colin Gray were indicted by a grand jury in the September shooting at Apalachee High School that killed four and injured 13. Colt Gray, 14, faces a total of 55 charges in the case, including aggravated assault, cruelty to children and felony murder.

The shooting left students Christian Angulo and Mason Schermerhorn and teachers Richard Aspinwall and Anna-Christina Irimie dead. Gray's charges in the indictment are listed below:

Colin Gray, Colt’s father, faces a total of 29 total charges based on allegedly allowing his son access to the firearm used in the shooting. His charges are listed below:

The arraignment for both Colt and Colin Gray is scheduled for November 21 in Barrow County Superior Court.
