The Hall County Government will be holding several Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) public information sessions this month before the ballot question on Nov. 5.

“The TSPLOST ballot question will be very generic and provide little detail,” Hall County Administrator Zach Propes said. “We want to ensure voters are informed before they reach the polls, and attending one of our informational sessions is one of the easiest ways voters can learn about the program.”

All presentations will be free and open to the public.

Sessions to be held include:

“We cover the projects that would be completed using TSPLOST dollars, the breakdown of how funds would be allocated and, most importantly, we offer an opportunity for citizens to ask any questions they may have about the proposed program,” Propes said.

There is also an information page on the 2024 TSPLOST that can be found here.
