Gas prices slightly rise in Georgia from last week's average

Georgia's average gas prices have slightly increased at the pump, compared to a week ago.

AAA of Georgia reports that drivers are now paying an average price of $3.27 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline, just a penny more than last week, but two cents less than one month ago and almost 80 cents lower than at this time last year.

Lowest prices on average in Hall County  for a gallon of unleaded is around $3.22.  Lowest average price in Northeast Georgia is in Stephens County at $3.12 per gallon.

AAA of Georgia's website shows the national average for a gallon of unleaded regular gas is at $3.56 per gallon (07/17/23).
