GAINESVILLE, Ga. — After three years at the helm of the Chestatee baseball program, Kevin McConnell has stepped down.
McConnell took over the program in May 2020 and was 44-46 in his three years as head coach.
He guided the War Eagles to the playoffs in his first season, losing the Hampton in the first round. However, the War Eagles were in the mix for a playoff spot each of his three seasons, narrowly missing in 2022.
