A Gainesville man was shot and killed Thursday night during an argument in North Hall County.
According to a press release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office, the shooting took place during an argument at a residence in the 5000 block of Sullens Road.
The man who died was identified as Timothy Quest Loggins, 44.
The shooter in the incident was at the scene when Hall County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived just after 11:15 p.m. That person is cooperating with the investigation.
