Gas prices for Georgia commuters are beginning to creep upward for the summer.

Triple-A of Georgia's website posts the average price for regular unleaded gasoline at $3.27 per gallon.  That's up two cents from one week ago.

It's on par with the price of gas from a month ago, and exactly one dollar lower than the price for unleaded gasoline last year at this time.

The lowest average price for gas in Northeast Georgia counties is in Towns County at $3.09 per gallon, with Hall County's average price at $3.21 per gallon as of today (Monday).
