The city of Cornelia is kicking summer off with a farmer's market on May 27 at AppleTree Alley in Downtown Cornelia.
The market will start at 10 a.m. and run through 2 p.m. The farmer’s market will also be held the last Saturday in June, July and August.
“We’re excited to bring a Farmers Market to Cornelia this year and hope it’s successful enough to do in the following years! I think Cornelia is an exceptional community that is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, and the farming community is no exception,” Main Street Manager Noah Hamil said in a press release.
The AppleTree Alley parking lot will be closed at Midnight the night before the market for all three dates.
