Lanier Christian saw its season come to an end on Saturday in the GAPPS baseball playoffs.
The Lightning fell 8-6 and 5-4 to Creekside Christian Academy.
In the first game, Creekside used a four-run fourth inning to grab the lead and held on for the win despite Camden Hohman, tres Criste, Isaac Dinn, and Carter Raulerson combining for 14 strikeouts. Raulerson and Criste had two hits each for LCA.
In the second game, Raulerson, Hohman, and Quinn Winfrey had two hits each for the Lightning.
LCA finished its season at 13-6.
