Jordy Nipper nabs second straight Senoia LLM victory

As the late Jerry Reed used to sing, “When you’re hot, you’re hot.”

Jordy Nipper is on a hot streak at Georgia’s Senoia Raceway. The Gray, Georgia native charged forward from the fifth starting position in Saturday night’s Limited Late Model feature, and went on to score his second consecutive race at the 3/8-mile clay raceway.

Cody Haskins finished in second, followed by Oliver Gentry in third, Jamie Carr in fourth, and Chad Duncan in fifth.

Dale Thurman, Bailey Williams, Rucker Orr, Taylor Puckett, and Glenn Morris rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Corey North beat out Colby Darda for the Crate Late Model feature win. Lucas Ruark finished in third, with Marty Lunsford in fourth, and Chase Baker in fifth.

Richie Stephens was the winner in the 602 Sportsman feature, with Sawyer Tinker in second, John Harrison in third, Daniel Brewer in fourth, and Alan Brewer in fifth.

Michael Page was first across the finish line to win the Modified feature. Dewayne Aldrige followed in second, with John Holcomb in third, Curtis Turner in fourth, and Brett Gray in fifth.

Landon DeGraff took the checkered flag ahead of T.J. Joiner to win the Hobby feature. Shane Gulledge, Randall Carter, and Daniel Jones rounded out the top five.

Mark Newton topped the Mini Stock field to score the Mini Stock feature victory. Bo Chambers crossed the line in second, with Steve Clinton in third, Cody Smith in fourth, and Mike Kemp in fifth.

In the Bomber feature, William Blair took the win ahead of Craig Boozer. Derick Mathews followed in third, with Wilson Boozer in fourth, and Ricky Neill in fifth.

The NVRA Vintage Racing Series was also in action on Saturday night, with Mike Nasworthy winning in the Full Body Stock Car feature. Mike Bruner finished second, with Brent Cary third, Bobby Morris fourth, and Daniel Kellum in fifth

In the NVRA Skeeter feature, Woody Callaway was the winner, with Jabe Jones in second, Ernie Walker in third, Mark Jones in fourth, and Stacey Cotton in fifth.
