Police looking for suspects in Jefferson thefts

Police are asking the public to help them find two people they say are suspected in a string of thefts in Jefferson.

In a social media post, the Jefferson Police Department said five thefts occurred on Friday, March 3 at businesses the city. Police posted surveillance images of two men who they say are the suspects in the crimes.

According to the department, the victims of the thefts identified the suspects' vehicle as a silver Acura MDX.

Anyone with information on the suspects' names or locations or the location of the vehicle is asked to contact Jefferson Police by calling 706-367-5231.
