ATHENS, Ga. — Johnson stayed perfect in Region 8-4A play with a dominating 7-0 win over Cedar Shoals on Tuesday on the road.
The Lady Knights (6-2-1, 4-0 Region 8-4A) also ran their unbeaten streak to seven (6-0-1) with the win.
All the scoring came in the first half and the second half was cut to just 20 minutes.
Liz Rivera recorded a hat trick and added an assist. Gissel Garcia had a brace and Genevieve Aguilar and Andrea Del Toro both scored once for Johnson. Joana Marban had 2 assists and Shelby Robinson 1 assist for the Lady Knights.
The Lady Knights are off until next Tuesday when they travel to Chestatee in another region match.

MADISON COUNTY 1
The Class 4A fourth-ranked Lady Bears ran their win streak to eight-straight with another solid win in Region 8-4A action at Yonah Field.
It was the seventh straight game the Bluff defense and keeper Avery Fowler, who made several key stops, have allowed one goal or fewer.
The offense paced by Kaitlin Cook, who had four goals. Carson DeMars and Alyssa Stringer both added a goal with Genesis Gamez and Amelia Dovie dishing out two assists. Eva Martin and Ellie Sutulovich had one assist each for the Lady Bears.
Cherokee Bluff (10-1, 4-0 Region 8-4A remained tied for second place with Johnson. The Lady Bears will be off until Tuesday when they travel to North Hall in another 8-4A battle.

LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 2
Sarah Greiner scored six goals to lead the Class 5A 10th-ranked Lady Falcons to a non-region win over the Lady Lions on Tuesday at Falcons Field.
Greiner got the Lady Falcons (8-1) going quickly, scoring her first goal just four minutes into the match. She would score three more in the first 33 minutes with Baleigh Kirby scoring in the 34th minute. Greiner added two more goals in the second half.
Lakeview got goals from Annie Nivens off a Sadie Leek assist. Leek scored later after a deflection from the Branch keeper.
Next up for the Lady Falcons will be a Region 8-5A match on the road against Winder-Barrow on Friday.
Lakeview Academy (0-2) will play host to Pinecrest Academy on Friday.
