GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Dynesty Putman scored 27 points and hauled in 10 rebounds to lead the Lakeview girls basketball team to a 53-40 win over George Walton, and the District 4-3A title on Friday at home.
Taliah Gaither added 16 points and 9 rebounds, Kivana Bogne scored 8 points,7 rebounds and Sidney Corbin chipped in 2 points and 11 rebounds.
Gaither was named District 4-3A Player of the Year, and Dynasty Putman, Kivanna Bogne and Sidney Corbin were each named to the All-District team.
