Investigators with the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in finding a man connected to a fatal vehicle wreck that happened in February.
Deputies with the department responded to a head-on vehicle collision wreck on Feb. 13 on University Parkway in the area of Patrick Mill Road SW, according to officials. Upon arrival, responders found an unresponsive female.
She was transported to a local hospital but was later pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the wreck.
Detectives are now searching for information on the whereabouts of Cesar Raudales in connection with the homicide investigation.
Raudales is suspected to be approximately 25 years old and is described as a Hispanic male standing 5’8” tall and weighing 165 pounds. He has black hair and green eyes.

Those with information are not required to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000, according to officials.
