A familiar suspect to Hall County investigators is in custody to face a slew of lingering charges.

Hall County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman B.J. Williams says Gwinnett officials returned 31-year old Henry Parker Whitley to their custody to face multiple drug trafficking charges, chop shop violations, evidence tampering and firearm possession by a convicted felon from June of 2022.

The charges following an initial police pursuit of Whitley by Habersham Sheriff's deputies during a traffic stop, inwhich Whitley was able to elude police custody.  A  Hall County search warrant later led to the discovery of a chop shop of his Tribble Gap Road, property, including a U-Haul truck, a Kubota tractor, a Bobcat excavator and several utility trailers – all believed to be stolen.

In addition, investigators located 1.5 pounds of crystal methamphetamine, 17 grams of heroin and drug paraphernalia at the residence. They also confiscated $55,855 in U.S. currency, three rifles and a large amount of ammunition, leading to charges agains Whitley and subsequent arrest of Faith Nicole Vickers, 24, of Oakwood on trafficking methamphetamine charges.
