The Hall County Sheriff's Office arrested a Flowery Branch man Tuesday for the alleged sexual abuse of a child.
According to a press release from the agency, Jonathan Malinguaggio, 38, was charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy and incest.
Malinguaggio allegedly sexually abused the female victim, who is under the age of 10, between March 18, 2020, and Sept. 13, 2022.
The investigation began on Sept. 13, 2022, when deputies were notified by the Hall County Department of Family and Children Services about the alleged sexual abuse. He turned himself in on Tuesday afternoon.
Malinguaggio remained in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Wednesday.
The case remains under investigation.
