OAKWOOD — Chestatee and Johnson both wrapped up their Area 8-4A schedules on Wednesday in a tri-match with East Hall at the Johnson gym.
Chestatee swept both matches knocking off Johsnon 25-10 and 25-8 and then spiking East Hall 25-9 and 25-9. East Hall beat Johnson 25-16 and 25 20 in the final match.
For the Lady War Eagles in the two matches, Valiree Schmus led the way with 22 kills, 8 digs, and 4 aces. Emily Graham had 7 digs and 4 aces for Chestatee.
Hannah Farrar had 6 kills, Abbagale Budd had 4 kills, Kadence Wolfe added 4 digs and 2 aces and Abby Allgood had 4 aces for the Lady War Eagles.
All three teams will close out their regular seasons next week. East Hall will take on Walnut Grove on Tuesday to close out its Area 8-4A schedule; Johnson will take on Georgia Force on Tuesday; and Chestatee will travel to Habersham Central next Thursday.
