Two people suffered serious injuries after a four-vehicle accident Friday morning on Thompson Bridge Road in Hall County.
The Georgia State Patrol said in a press release troopers were dispatched at about 7:50 a.m. to the accident just north of Price Road.
The first vehicle was driving north on Thompson Bridge Road and was improperly passing in the left turn lane. That vehicle then struck another vehicle head-on in the southbound lane.
The second vehicle rotated after it was hit and entered the path of a third vehicle in the southbound lane. The third vehicle struck the passenger side of the second vehicle. A fourth vehicle then hit the second vehicle.
The state patrol says two other injuries were reported, but they were not serious. The agency has not released any information about the drivers involved or whether any of the drivers will face charges.
