Cross Country: Chestatee boys finish second in War Eagle Invitational; girls fourth

The Chestatee boys cross country team finished second in the War Eagle Invitational on Saturday.

Milton captured the boys team title.
 
Chestatee's Aaron Retana took home second, Noah Peters came in sixth and Eli Chaffin placed 13th. 

Meanwhile, the Lady War Eagles crossed the finish line in fourth place overall, with Carolin Bull leading Chestatee with a fifth place finish. Izzy Wintermantel finished in ninth.  

In the middle school race, Chestatee Academy's Zac Benna captured the individual champion as the team placed fourth overall. In the girls race, Emma Dobson finished fourth, and Ali Jae Bull as eighth. The girls team was third overall.
