ORLANDO, Fla. — Gainesville's Hudson Justus finished fourth at the Under Armour Wold Championships 9-11 year-old division, the youngest in the top four.
Justus, who attends Mount Vernon Elementary, fired a pair 69s for a 6-under total 138. Petty Davis won the 123-player field with a 12-under 132 at the Palm Course, a 4,958-yard mix from the red and green tess, at The World of Disney Complex.
The tournament was the season-long culmination of The Junior Tour, sponsored by Under Armour, a National Youth Golf League for boys and girls ages 6-18 of all skill levels.
Justus had nine total birdies over the two days to just three bogeys. After falling out of the top 10 on Sunday's final round, he went 3-under par over his final nine holes to climb into the top four.
