Humane Society of Northeast Georgia to hold free vaccine clinic in Gainesville

The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia will hold a free vaccine clinic in Gainesville on the final weekend of July.

The event will allow guests to update a dog's DAPPV and rabies vaccines at no cost. The society will also offer heartworm tests and nail trims for select animals as well as giveaways of leashes, collars and other items.

Those who attend will also receive vouchers for discounted heartworm and microchipping services.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 30 at Boost Transport next to Liquid Nation Brewing on Chicopee MI Road. The clinic is a partnership between the humane society and PetCo LoveTM.
