The pair are charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of Firearms during the Commission of Certain Felonies. According to a press release, the minor is facing an additional charge of Possession of a Firearm by a person under 18 years of age.

On June 7, officers responded to a "person shot" call on Great Shoals Circle in Lawrenceville. Authorities found the 15-year-old victim and rendered medical aid at a nearby hospital.

"During the investigation, detectives identified Hull and his brother as the suspects in the shooting following a confrontation between the three males," Gwinnett Police said in a press release. "A 9mm handgun was located following the arrest of Hull and his brother at the arrest location."
