A 25-year-old Hall County man was arrested Tuesday and charged with posting a photo of child pornography to one of his social media accounts. the Hall County Sheriff's Office said.
Paul Kizito was arrested at his home and several electronic devices were seized during the execution of a search warrant. More charges could be filed pending the review of those documents.
The sheriff's office received a cyber tib in March from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip indicated a pornographic image of a child had been uploaded to a Snapchat account in the area on Oct. 20, 2021. Investigators were able to determine the account belonged to Kizito.
Kizito is charged with one count of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of distribution. He bonded out of the Hall County Jail on Wednesday.
