An Alabama woman was injured after a wreck involving a dump truck on Ga. 365 in Habersham County Monday morning.
Corporal Larry Ray of the Georgia State Patrol said Leslie Soledad-Zavala was driving northbound on 365 in the left lane when the dump truck, driven by Adam Ortiz, 38, of Lula, came back into the lane from the turning lane to make a wide left turn. Soledad-Zavala then hit the truck and overturned into the median.
Soledad-Zavala's vehicle landed on its top and ended up on the southbound side of 365. She was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. The extent of her injuries is unknown.
Ortiz was uninjured in the wreck and was charged with making an improper turn.
The crash happened just before 8:30.
