Authorities said a man from Buford was killed Monday afternoon following a two-vehicle accident on I-85 northbound in Suwanee.
Suwanee Police Department Captain Robert Thompson said the accident involved a tractor-trailer and a van at exit 111. The driver of the van, Jorge Zuno, 32, of Buford, died in the incident.
Thompson said all lanes of I-85 northbound and exit 111 had reopened just before 5 p.m. The Georgia Department of Transportation said the accident involved a vehicle on fire on the Exit 111 ramp.
