The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said they were searching for a suspect following an armed robbery at a bank in the county early Tuesday morning.
Stacie Miller, public information officer with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, said the robbery happened at about 6:54 a.m. at the Wells Fargo at 3611 Peachtree Parkway.
Patrol units chased the suspect on foot following the robbery. A K9 team was also deployed, but the suspect had not been arrested as of 11:30 a.m.
Miller said the major crimes unit was working the case. No one was injured during the incident.
