The Buford boys and girls swept Mill Creek on Wednesday at the Hamilton Mill Lakeview courts.
In the boys singles action, Dean Kingsley (6-1, 6-3), James Troutt (6-3, 6-2) and Leyton Grothe (6-3, 6-3) earned wins to pace the Wolves a 4-1 win. Buford split the doubles action with Nic Keller and Grayson Gilbert taking the lone doubles win in a tiebreaker set, 10-4.
On the girls side, Taylor Aycock (6-1, 6-4) and Berkley Clark (6-4, 6-1) captured wins, while
Kylie McCammon and Marigrace Crossett earned the win in a tiebreaker set, 10-5.
In othr action
Meanwhile, Gainesville's Gunner Lilly rallied back from a 4-2 deficit to beat North Hall's Griffin Keener to clinch the individual win and the team win over North Hall, 4-1, on the road Wednesday.
In other singles play, Gainesville's Philip Mady knocked off Jack Maddox in straight sets as did Kamyaab Cornett with a win over North Hall's Austin Cooper.
North Hall's only win came in No. 1 doubles. Clay Martin and Stephen Sartain knocked off Gainesville's Samuel Holt and Andrew Elliott. Gainesville picked up the No. 2 doubles win with Jacob Nguyen and Reed Slack taking Luis Delgado and Hunter Pierce.
On the girls side, North Hall blanked the Lady Red Elephants, 5-0.
Ella Kate Canaday won, 6-1, 6-1. Gabbie Jenkins won, 6-2, 6-0. Lilly Perry won, 6-2, 6-4. In doubles play, Kayla Miller and Riley Morgad won, 4-6, 6-4, 11-9 and Ali Moore and Madilyn Dye won, 6-0, 6-3.
