ATLANTA — For three quarters West Hall went toe-to-toe with 2021 Class 3A state runner-up Windsor Forest before eventually falling 91-72 in a game played at Atlanta International School.
The Spartans (1-2) trailed just 38-31 at halftime and 65-56 heading into the fourth quarter.But the Knights (1-0 used a 26-16 fourth quarter to pull away for the win.
Owen Jenkins had another huge night pouring in 32 points to pace West Hall. Andrew Malin added 15 points for the Spartans.
West Hall is off until traveling to Fannin County on Nov. 29.

The Falcons stayed unbeaten after knocking off the Wildcats on Monday in the East Jackson Thanksgiving Tournament.
Flowery Branch (2-0) jumped on Apalachee quickly in the first quarter. Jackson Owens scored 8 of his 13 in the opening frame as the Falcons led 26-7.
Tyleek Worth paced the second quarter with 7 of his team-high 14 points in the quarter as the Falcons took a 41-14 advantage into halftime.
Jeremiah Ware added 11 points, most of that coming in the second half.
BANKS COUNTY 71,
LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 64
Lakeview rallied back but couldn't take the lead in the loss to Banks County on Monday at North Hall.
It was a back-and-forth opening quarter with Banks County grabbing the lead, 26-24. The Leopards, however, pulled away in the second period to take an 11-point lead into the locker room at the half, In the second half, the Leopards extended their lead, 66-54.
Kolby Watson scored 26 points to lead the Leopards, and Mason Adams added 21.
Brock Graham led the Lions with 21 points, while Tayden Ware added 15, and Jack Collins had 13.
Lakeview takes on Jackson County Tuesday 4:30 p.m. at North Hall
