Despite racking up 385 total yards of offense, Union County couldn't hold off Fellowship Christian in a 35-14 loss on the road Thursday.
Union County (7-3, 3-2 Region 8-2A) quarterback Caiden Tanner threw for 310 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.
The Paladins (7-3, 5-0 Region 8-2A) pressured Tanner and the Union County offense consistently.
Jensen Goble had 10 receptions for 110 yards and a TD, and Griff Young had 10 catches for 105 yards and a TD to lead the Panther receiving.
Defensively, Cade Dockery scooped up two fumbles, and Sam Page had an interception.
The Panthers have secured a spot in the Class 2A playoffs as a No. 3 seed.
