Going into the final lap of Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville, the race had been pretty tame, other than a late race pass for the lead.

Then came Ross Chastain and a fast half-lap into the record books.

Our Hard Left Turn crew unpacks the penultimate NASCAR race weekend at Martinsville Speedway, including:

-Chastain used a "video game move" to set the fastest lap ever in a NCS car and punch his ticket to the Championship 4.

-Christopher Bell made another "must win" move pay off to win at Martinsville and make the title cut.

-Chastain, Bell, Joey Logano, and Chase Elliott will fight for the title.

-On Saturday, Ty Gibbs crashed his teammate, Brandon Jones, to score the NASCAR Xfinity Series win and deny Jones a trip to the NXS title race.

Plus, we'll preview this weekend's NASCAR season finale weekend at Phoenix Raceway.

WDUN will carry live MRN Radio coverage of the NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway, beginning with Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series season finale at 5:30 pm on 102.9 FM, AM 550 and streaming live on AccessWDUN.  Coverage continues on Sunday with the NASCAR Cup Series season finale at 2 pm on 102.9 FM and streaming live on AccessWDUN.
