The Buford boys and girls tennis teams opened the season with a sweep of Denmark on Monday at Buford City Park.
The Wolves blanked the Danes, 4-0, while the Lady Wolves downed Denmark, 4-1.
In the boys singles, Dean Kingsley (No. 1 singles) and Leyton Grothe (No. 3) won in straight sets. James Troutt won in the tiebreaker set, 11-9 to take the match.
No. 1 doubles duo Matthew Maurer and Miller Trout and No. 2 doubles Grayson Gilbert and Brent Sherman won in extra sets to take the wins.
On the girls side, Taylor Aycock (No. 1) and Berkley Clark (No. 2) captured the wins, while No. 1 doubles Kylie McCammon and Marigrace Crossett, and Anna Cate Smith and Delaney Richards rolled to wins.
