Posted 7:27AM on Monday 24th January 2022 ( 2 years ago )

A narcotics investigation in Barrow County led to the arrests of two people for trafficking methamphetamine. On Thursday, Jan. 20, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Anthony Fulcher of Auburn and Brittany Rena Stiltner of Monroe. They say those arrests were the conclusion of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, both Fulcher and Stiltner were arrested and charged with one count each for trafficking methamphetamine and one count each for selling methamphetamine.

They also face additional charges from a previous undercover operation that happened in Nov. 2021. They each face an additional count of trafficking and an additional count for selling methamphetamine in that investigation.

The Sheriff’s Office says more arrests are expected in the investigation. There are additional suspects who have warrants but have not yet been arrested.
