An outbuilding in Banks County was destroyed by fire early Tuesday morning.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire, which Banks County Fire/EMS Chief Steve Nichols said was first reported on Lake Forest Drive in Commerce just before 5 a.m.
"Upon arrival units found an outbuilding fully involved with fire," Nichols said in an email Tuesday afternoon. "The structure was a total loss."
The fire was brought under control shortly before 5:30 a.m., and the cause is under investigation
