Seven adults displaced following east Hall residential fire

While no one was injured, seven adults were displaced as a result of a residential fire this afternoon in east Hall County.

According to Division Chief Zach Brackett with Hall County Fire Services, crews responded to the single family home in the 3500 block of Shadow Trace and spotted heavy smoke and fire coming from the house.

As of the latest report, crews are still on scene extinguishing hot spots. The house is considered a total loss. The American Red Cross has been contacted to assist the victims.

The Hall County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a cause of the fire.
