A Flowery Branch man was arrested Friday on three counts of felony child molestation.
Sgt. Ryan Daly, public information officer with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, said Kenneth Scott Stephens, 32, allegedly committed the three separate incidents over the last several months at his residence in the 6000 block of Spout Springs Rd.
Sgt. Daly said Stephens allegedly knew the child prior to the incidents.
The case is still under investigation and further details are pending.
